Hi, I’m Szilvia Schöffer!
After moving to Denmark, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges of adjusting to a new culture and workplace. This journey inspired me to start my business — to help expats like you not only navigate the Danish job market but thrive in your career and life here.
With over 10 years of experience in leadership, recruitment, and onboarding— including more than 4 years in Denmark as a Department Manager/People Leader at NCC and Novo Nordisk—I’ve gained a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in Denmark and what local employers look for.
Having navigated the expat journey myself, I know how challenging it can be. That’s why I’m here to support internationals in adapting to Danish work culture, finding the right job, and growing their careers with confidence.
