I’m Szilvia Schöffer, and I know firsthand the challenges of starting fresh in Denmark.

When I moved in 2018, I faced everything from job rejections to navigating Danish work culture. But a little down the road, I was working with top companies like Novo Nordisk and NCC, gaining valuable insights into the Danish job market and workplace culture.

With more than 4 years of experience in leadership, recruitment, and onboarding in Denmark—and over 10 years in total—I’ve developed a deep understanding of what Danish employers look for.
I’ve worked across Aviation and IT in Hungary and Pharma, Construction, and IT in Denmark.

Along the way, I discovered a passion for helping fellow expats with job searches, relocation, and integration.
Now, I’ve turned that passion into a mission—to support you in building a successful career and life in Denmark!
